Primary storage of moth-balled armored vehicles and many other forms of equipment. Almost certainly a target for an enhanced radiation bomb in the event of nuclear war (to contaminate said equipment).



A shame that California hosts the facility. They will no doubt use said equipment to forward their agenda when the time for secession comes.
