Legislation allowing for the unrestricted movement and access of security forces throughout the country, with the power to search, arrest, and detain citizens. 4. Legislation allowing for the restriction and/or suspension of freedom of speech, press, and assembly. 5. Legislation allowing for the censorship of all forms of media. 6. Legislation allowing for the government to confiscate property, assets, and wealth from citizens. 7. Legislation allowing for the government to exercise complete control over the banking system, with the ability to freeze or seize accounts. 8. Legislation allowing for the government to control the production, distribution, and pricing of all goods and services. 9. Legislation allowing for the government to conscript citizens into forced labor camps. 10.
